Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.
Discreet Packaging We respect your privacy. All Lingeco orders are shipped in plain, elegant, and discreet packaging with no visible product details or branding on the exterior box/bag.

Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days. (Free standard shipping is available on qualifying order totals at checkout).
Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at support@lingeco.com.
